Terms - Kanga Sport

These terms and conditions apply to purchases from Kanga Sport and the use of this website.

1. Trading Hours

· Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 5.30pm .

2. Orders & Deliveries

· Orders can be placed by email; by fax; or by phone.

· Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Kanga Sport can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.

· Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.

3. Returns & Refunds

· All returns or credit claims must firstly be authorised by Kanga Sport and all returns or credit claims must be made within 7 days from invoice date and must be accompanied with an invoice or proof of purchase.

· Excluding faulty, damaged, misrepresented or incorrectly supplied items, Kanga Sport reserves the right to accept or reject the return of goods for refund or a credit, and also reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

4. Warranties & Liabilities

· Kanga Sport will pass on to the purchaser any warranties given by the manufacturer in relation to a particular item.

· Kanga Sport liability to purchasers will be limited to the applicable warranty terms.

5. Cancellations

· Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up to point of despatch, but not after goods are in transit.

· Orders for “special non-stocked buy-ins” will be subject to a deposit (to be determined) Kanga Sport also reserves the right to request payment in full, and order can not be cancelled.

6. Prices & Payment

· The price of items is the current price as determined from time to time, Kanga Sport reserves the right to change any price without notice. All care is taken regarding the accuracy of prices on this website. However, Kanga Sport will not be held responsible for any omissions or errors in pricing of any product.

· Payment for products can be made by direct deposit, EFT, Company cheques but proceeds must be cleared prior to goods despatch.

7. Business Account Application

· 7 day credit account terms are available to approved businesses.

· To be approved, businesses need to be able to provide credit references and purchase an average of $5000 per month, based over a three month period.

· Application forms are available on request via email or phone.

8. GST Information

To make things absolutely clear we show on your invoice the price before tax; the GST amount; plus the total amount payable.

9. Disclaimer
